  1. Rafah:

I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wishing to teach. The variety of volunteer workshops/programs balanced well with free time allowing me to explore and soak up the local community and culture. I also found the VWI team to be extremely warm, helpful and generous with their time ensuring all needs of volunteers were met. The absolute highlight for me was working with the children who had a burning desire to learn

  2. Loren:

We had an absolutely remarkable time with Volunteering with India. The Head Sukret , was invariably thoughtful and responsive in our correspondence, listening to what we were looking for and matching us with a perfect situation. I was teaching in a school and was worried that it would either be too much or too little but It was the perfect balance: making a contribution but not being asked to do too much, with VWI staff with us every step of the way to help, support, clarify, etc.The whole staff in VWI were wonderful.

  3. David:

My 14 year old son and I travelled from the United States to immerse ourselves in a different culture. As part of that experience I wanted him to see how different his life is compared to some other children in the world. Volunteering with VWI tours definitely gave him that experience. We spent time with some wonderful kids that come from very different walks of life and really enjoyed the energy and experience of working with them.
We stayed with a very welcoming family and ate some delicious home cooked meals.
The sightseeing opportunities in Jaipur are endless – we particularly enjoyed Galtaji – the Monkey Temple.
Our contact Rohit was very professional and made us feel very welcome.
